Trinity United Church –  Congregational Meeting

Secretary: Diane Buchanan

Congregation: approximately 42 were present

Lynda – gave the call to open the meeting and followed the agenda (see attached).  She reviewed the information related to the Distribution of the allocation in common to the Harrowsmith-Verona Pastoral Charge.  The current status was reviewed.   An overview of the process over the following months leading up to the fall 2011 Official Board meeting in September and then the Budget meeting in November was presented.

 In response to the call for discussion or questions there was a question as to what the future financial split might look like, congregants were given a financial update by Don Coleman and were then reminded that there will be a better opportunity to discuss this at the fall Official Board meeting.

The meeting was adjourned at 12:12.
